Winter stuffed Paranthas to enjoy Weekend

Paneer paranthaIngredientsFor FillingPaneer-1 cup grated, Onion-1 small sized finely chopped, Green Chili-1 chopped finely, Coriander Leaves-chopped finely, Red chili powder-1/2 tsp, Chat masala-1/2 tsp, Cumin powder-1/2 tsp, Salt-to taste, Oil-for pan frying.
For DoughWheat Flour-2 cups, Salt-a pinch, Water-1/2 cup to bind the dough, Oil-a drop for coating the dough.
How to makeMix a pinch of salt with wheat flour and add water little by little as required to form a semi-firm dough.Coat the dough with a drop of oil .Cover and set the dough aside for 10-15 min. In a bowl grate the paneer .To it add chopped green chili, coriander leaves and onions.
Mix well and add red chili powder,chat masala and cumin powder to it. Add salt and mix well. Keep this filling aside. Divide wheat flour dough into small balls.Roll out 1 ball into a small disc using dry flour to avoid sticking. Place a portion of filling mixture in center of the disc and wrap the dough around the mixture to form a ball.
From the ball using dry flour roll out paratha. Place the paratha on a tava or skillet on medium flame.Once the bubbles start appearing flip the paratha and apply some oil on top. After 20-30 seconds again flip the paratha, apply oil on the other side and gently press. Paratha should be crisp and slightly brown from both side.
Serve it hot.
