Winter stuffed Paranthas to enjoy Weekend

Cabbage ParanthaIngredientswheat flour-2 cups, oil-2 tbsps, salt-pinch, water-as needed
StuffingGrated cabbage-11/2 cup, mirchi powder(red chilli powder)-2 tsps, cumin-1 tsp, salt-to taste, oil-1 tbsp, haldi(turmeric)powder-1/2 tsp, coriander powder-1/2 tsp, cumin powder-1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste(GGP)-1 ts, coriander leaves.
How to makeMix flour,salt and oil with adjusting water, make a soft dough.let it sit for 1/2 hour.
StuffingGrate cabbagewell.keep the other ingredients ready. Now heat a kadai add oil and cumin,GGP mix it. Add cabbage, chillipowder, salt,,corainder and cumin powder and coriander leaves and fry it for 5-8 minutes.
It don't takes the much to cook, stir in between,other wise it may get burn. Now transfer this into a bowl and let it cool. Divide dough into equal size balls.roll it like puri.putsome cabbage stuffing and close the ends. Now slowly roll it into a thick size paratha. Heat a pan add oil or butter and fry paratha till golden in colour.
Serve it with curd raita.
