Winter special food: Stuffed Parathas

Ingredients
1 and1/4 cups wheat flour, 2 tbsp melted ghee, salt
For Stuffing
1 and1/2 cups grated cauliflower, 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds/jeera, 1/2 cup finely chopped onions, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1 tbsp finely finely chopped green chillies, salt, 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves, wheat flour for rolling, ghee for cooking
How to make
Take wheat flour, ghee and salt in a bowl. Mix it well. Add enough water and knead soft dough. Take a pan and heat ghee. Now add cumin seeds. When cumin seeds crackle, add chopped onions and chopped green chillies. For half minute, fry them. Now add cauliflower and salt and fry on medium flame for 2 minutes. Add little water and cook for some more time. Add chilli powder and coriander leaves. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1minute. Now divide stuffing into 5 equal portions.
Make 5 equal portions of dough. Roll a portion of the dough ball into a circle. Place gobi stuffing in the centre of the circle. Bring together all the sides in the centre and seal it. Meanwhile, put tava (griddle) on flame. Now again roll the ball again into a circle with the help of little flour. Now cook paratha using ghee until golden brown. Make remaining gobi parathas in the same way. Serve hot gobi parathas with fresh curd.
