In Rajasthan, bajre ki Raabdi is popular drink to be drunk in cold
weather. This is made of pearl millet flour and curd which warms your
body. In Rajasthan, you find this drink at roadside and even in weddings

Ingredients
2 tbsp bajre ka atta/pearl millet flour, 3/4
cup curd , 1 tsp salt to taste, 4-5 cups water, 1/4 tsp black pepper
powder, 1 tsp ghee, 1/2 tsp bhuna jeera/roasted cumin powder
How to make
To
make this drink, first take bajre ka atta, curd and water in a bowl.
Mix thoroughly all the ingredients. Now add tsp salt black pepper powder
and bhuna jeera in it. Now cook it on high flame for 5 minutes and then
put it on low flame for 20 to 25 minutes. Keep stirring in between so
that there will be no lumps. Add more water if you want. Now add little
ghee in the end. Serve hot the delicious.
