Dr. Julian Few, a plastic surgeon in Chicago, says that he has had so many requests that he now offers electronic gift cards.  He adds that around a third of requests are women buying procedures for men.

Most surgeons seem to agree that wives offering their husbands Botox is not seen as a faux pas - though the logic does not necessarily apply in reverse.
