WhatsApp to soon get a quick edit media shortcut
-In the iOS, the feature works in the similar way. It's just that when you tap on the image, the button to access the Edit functionality will be directly on the screen, under the image. No three dots here.
-The Quick Edit Media Shortcut is one of the features that WhatsApp is working on right now. The team behind the chat app is also working to add a QR reader to the app. Also in the works is the WhatsApp dark mode that WhatsApp users are demanding for a long time. The website that spotted the new feature in WhatsApp notes that the media shortcut feature is a minor update and hence should be available pretty soon, likely within weeks although for now there is no specific date for it.
