Heel first is not rightMany runners have this problem. After warm up they tend to run with heel first. They run with long strides and land with heels on the ground. This expends the energy faster. Running time is reduced and fitness is compromised. It may also cause injuries. Try to and mid sole to get it right. An instructor might be of help.
