Running shoes are important
This is a very common problem. Many people run with the wrong footwear. The shoe size should be comfortable and on running it should not create problem for the soles. If the feet hurt, check the shoes. This also should be stopped. It could prove to be a hazard. Running shoes need extra padding to keep the soles comfortable. Of course there are people who run barefoot or use footwear other than running shoes.
