Recently, at an event in Abu Dhabi, Sonam Kapoor opted for a white saree with an interesting blouse by famous celebrity designer Manish Malhotra. Elaborating more on her saree, Manish told, "Sometimes minimal things make maximum impact. Sonam's recent pick, our signature chiffon saree, is one of them. The saree is intricately enhanced with sequin and pearl-scallop embroidery on its hem." Sonam effortlessly pulled off this saree while flaunting a white Rubeus Milano mini-bag. Sonam Kapoor Ahuja was exposed to fashion since she was a kid. The actress mentioned this in an interview, "Since I was a kid, I've been exposed to fashion. My mother used to be a designer. All the women in my family, including my maasi and nani, have possessed very strong aesthetics. I went to a boarding school where I was exposed to international fashion. Then my sister, Rhea, studied in New York, where we were surrounded by vintage and thrift stores, so there were many influences. I still remember wearing pedal-pushers, chokers and blazers when I was a teenager. It's funny how 90s fashion has made a resurgence."
