Vivo Y12 launched with triple rear cameras, 5000mAh battery for Rs 12,490
Vivo Y12 finally launched in India. The smartphone comes only in one variant with 4GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage and it is priced at Rs 12,490. Similar to other Y series Vivo phones the all-new Vivo Y12 is also target to the offline segment mostly. The key highlights of the Vivo Y12 are its design, gradient finish, massive 5000mAh battery and triple rear camera system. Similar to all the recently launched Vivo Y series phones the new Y12 also looks stunning thanks to the gradient finish but sadly the body of the Vivo Y12 is made of plastic. The Vivo Y12 comes in two colours - Burgundy Red and Aqua Blue. Additionally, similar to almost all the recently launched Vivo phones the Vivo Y12 also comes with Halo FullView display. This means the smartphone includes a waterdrop notch on the top of the display and it equips the selfie camera in it.
The Vivo Y12 comes packed with a big 6.35-inch HD+ LCD display that offers a resolution of 720 x 1544p. On the hardware front, the phone is powered by MediaTek Helio P22 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. As noted earlier the phone is backed by a 5000mAh battery that is expected to offer a long lasting battery life in just a single charge. On the software front, the phone runs Funtouch OS 9 based on Android 9.0.
