Vegetable Poha Cutlet Recipe

How to make...
Place the Poha in a sieve and wash it thoroughly with water
for a few seconds and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Mash the boiled potatoes finely. Put it in a bowl and add
soaked poha, grated carrot, grated paneer salt to taste, black pepper powder,
garam masala powder, chat masala powder, red chilli powder, chopped ginger,
chopped green chilly, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Take portions of the mixture and shape each into a cutlets.
Put maida in a bowl and make the thin paste with water. Add
salt and black pepper to it and mix well leaving no lumps.
Dip each cutlet in the flour paste and later coat with bread
crumbs.
Add a little oil in a pan for shallow frying and heat the
oil on medium.
Fry the prepared cutlets until golden brown on both the
sides and crisp.
Serve with your favorite chutney.
