Vegetable Poha Cutlet is deliciously easy to try at your
kitchen with minimum ingredients. It can be served with dhaniya pudhina chutney
or any other chutney of your choice. Great to serve guest or to your kids as
tea time snack.
Ingredients...
2 cups thick poha, 3 medium sized boiled potatoes, 1/4 cup
homemade paneer grated, 1/4 cup carrot grated, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder, 1 teaspoon of chat masala powder, 1/2
teaspoon red chilly powder, 1 inch piece of ginger chopped, 2 piece of green
chilli chopped, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 2 teaspoon maida, coriander leaves, bread
crumbs, oil for shallow frying, salt to taste
Serves: 4 Time: 40 minutes
