●    ½ cup finely chopped onions

How to Make Veg Momos
1.    Prepare the Dough: Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2.    Prepare the Filling: Heat oil in a pan, add onions and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté until aromatic. Add cabbage, carrots, and capsicum. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

3.    Season the Filling: Add soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Let it cool.

4.    Shape the Momos: Roll the dough into small circles, place a spoonful of filling in the center, and fold the edges to seal.

5.    Steam the Momos: Place them in a greased steamer and steam for 10–12 minutes until the outer layer turns glossy.
Spicy Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:
●    2 tomatoes, boiled and peeled
●    4–5 dried red chilies
●    3 cloves garlic
●    1 teaspoon vinegar
●    Salt to taste
●    1 teaspoon oil

Method:
1.    Soak red chilies in warm water for 10 minutes.
2.    Blend boiled tomatoes, soaked chilies, garlic, vinegar, and salt into a smooth paste.
3.    Heat oil in a pan, add the chutney, and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
