Shamata Anchan shares, "We should always keep ourselves fit through regular exercise. We need to do some activity that will keep the blood flowing through our body. There are so many different exercises like yoga, swimming, cardio, dance etc to maintain our fitness. Even just walking, using the stairs, jogging etc for 20 minutes in a day can help us stay fit. Exercise also makes us feel refreshed and we are ready to tackle obstacles."
