Try yummy and healthy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 cup cabbage (shredded), 1/2 cup carrots (finely chopped), 1/2 cup mushrooms (sliced), 1/2 cup capsicum (finely chopped), 1/3 cup moong sprouts, 1 tbsp oil, salt, 2 tsp soya sauce, 1/4 cup French beans (finely chopped), 1/4 cup onion (finely chopped), 2 tsp celery (finely chopped), 1 tsp garlic (finely chopped), 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 3 cups water
How to make
Take shredded cabbage, chopped carrots, sliced mushrooms, chopped capsicum and wash them thoroughly with water. Also wash chopped French beans and chopped celery and garlic. In a pan, heat oil. Saute onion and garlic in oil till it starts smell. Now add cabbage, carrots, mushrooms and capsicum. Fry all the veggies for 4-5 minutes. Add moong sprouts and sate it for minute or two. Add water and keep stirring. Add black pepper powder, oil, salt, and soya sauce. Cover and cook soup for 10 minutes. Healthy and delicious vegetable soup is ready.
