Achari Paneer:-
Ingredients
250 grams paneer, 3 tomatoes, 2 green chillies, 1 inch piece ginger, 3 tbsp oil, 2-3 tbsp green coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp coriander powder, pinch of asafetida, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp mustard oil, 1/2 cup cream, salt to taste
How to Make
First wash tomatoes, green chilies, ginger. Now cut all the veggies and pit them in mixture jar. Make a fine paste of all ingredients. Now heat a pan without oil. Roast fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and cumin seeds into it for few minutes. Turn off the gas and let all the roasted spices cool. Put them in a mixture and ground all the ingredients coarsely. Also add fennel powder and coriander powder with all the grounded spices. Again heat a pan and add some oil. When oil gets hot, add turmeric powder and coarsely grounded spices and saute for while. Now add paste of tomatoes, green chilies and ginger in oil. Saute the masala for few minutes. Also add red chilli powder and cook. Cut paneer into 1-1 inch chunks. Add cream, stir constantly. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. The tasty Achari Paneer is ready to serve.
