Noodles are an essential ingredient and staple in Chinese cuisine. There is a great variety of Chinese noodles, Today we've introduces you to the CRISPY NOODLES. Try this free, quick and easy Chinese recipe and enjoy it at fullest.
Ingredients: 250 ml vegetable oil, 100 grams rice noodles (ready-made)
Prep Time: 5 min
Total Time: 10 min
Directions:
1/ Heat the oil in a deep heavy-bottomed saucepan until a breadcrumb sizzles and turns brown when dropped into it.
2/ Add the rice noodles to the oil - They will puff up immediately, so be ready!
3/ After a few seconds, carefully remove the cooked noodles from the oil with a slotted spoon and drain onto kitchen paper.
4/ Serve warm in a large bowl.
