Boil water in a broad vessel and drop the baatis in the
boiling water. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes over a high flame. Drain and keep
aside.
Put the baatis on a heated gas tandoor and cook them on a
medium flame for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve hot with dal and churma.
