Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of milk, 1 tbsp black tea, 3 pieces cinnamon bark, 2 inches fresh ginger, 2 capsules green cardamom, 2 cloves, 1 tbsp sugar
How to make
Open the cardamom, break the cinnamon into small pieces, and peel and chop the ginger
Put all ingredients into a pot and put it on a stove with medium to high heat.
Boil the tea for a few minutes or until you have one third of the milk left.
Strain the tea and enjoy.
