Kadha is medicinal tea. It helps relieve congestion. A perfect home remedy for common cold and cough.
Ingredients
2 cloves, 1 black pepper, 1 tbsp ginger, 5-6 leaves holy basil, 2 green cardamom pods, 1/4 tbsp fennel seeds, 3-4 cups water, 1/2 tbsp raw unpasteurized honey, 1/2 tbsp ghee, 2-3 strands of saffron, 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 small cinnamon stick, 1 bay leaf
How to make
Dry roast cloves, pepper, cardamom, fennel seeds, cinnamon and bay leaf for 2 minutes in a pot.  
Pour water, add ginger and let the spices boil.
Add the basil and simmer for 4-5 minutes or till the water is removed to half.
Remove from the heat, Add honey and ghee. Strain and serve.
