Side-To-SideRepeat 10 times in each direction.
Stand up tall with your feet hip-width apart and toes pointing out at 45 degrees.
Take a large step to your right (wider than shoulder-width). This is your start position.Now, bending your right knee and allowing your heel to lift off the floor, lower yourself down until you are sitting on your right heal. Left foot should be pointing with toes up.
In this position, try to press your left hamstring down towards the floor.
Next, clasping your right hand with your left, pull your arms straight up above your head until they are in line with your ears and push your chest out.
Lower your arms back down.Without lifting your hips, slide your weight across towards your left foot until you are in the same position, but this time sitting over your left heel.
Then push your right hamstring down towards the floor.
Again, clasp your hands together, stretch them directly up over your head and push your chest through.
Bring your arms back down again and slide back over to your right foot.
Once again push down towards the floor with your left hamstring.
