short breaks from computer screen:-
Looking
at computer screen for long time causes strain in eyes. It also results in dry
eyes, headaches, blurred vision and dark circles. So, make sure to avoid
looking at computer for long. Blink eyes after every 5-7 minutes. One should
also take same precautions for TV screen, mobile phones and laptops.
