you don't sleep well then your eyes will not get rest. This will result in
tired, puffy and red eyes. As your vision power is affected by sleep so don't be
careless about sleep. So, take a sound
sleep of at least 6-7 hours.

smoking:-
Those
who smoke are more prone to eye diseases. As smoking damage your eye muscles as
well as blood vessels so it can cause glaucoma, dry eye syndrome, cataract or other
eye problems. So, if somebody ahs habit of smoking then he should leave it.
