Ingredients

cups fresh coconut (desiccated), 2/3 cup regular sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 tsp
cardamom powder, 1 tsp ghee, few broken cashew nuts
How to make
In
a pan, heat ghee. Now add nuts, roast them till get golden. Now add desiccated
coconut, milk and sugar in pan. Cook this till mixture gets thick and moisture
evaporates. Add cardamom powder and nuts. Mix it well. Slightly cool the
mixture and roll the mixture to balls. Serve coconut ladoos bhog to lord
ganesha.
