Besan Ladoo:-
Ingredients

cups besan/gram flour, 2 and 1/2 cups ghee (add more ghee if required), 1 cup
powdered sugar, 4 powdered cardamoms, 15- 20 raisins
How to make
Roast
besan in a pan for around 7-8 minutes on slow flame. Melt ghee while roasting
the besan. Add melted ghee in besan and continue roasting besan till it start
to give a nice nutty fragrance and will start releasing ghee. Switch off the flamw
when you get a strong fragrance. Remove the pan from the stove. Let it cool
down to room temperature. Now add powdered sugar. Stir well so that no lumps
are formed. Add powdered cardamom and raisins. Mix besan ladoo mixture well
then make small or medium sized besan ladoos. Offer Besan ladoo to lord Ganesha
and please him.
