Snack on fresh fruits, dry fruits, salads, soups, yogurt, nuts and seeds.
Keep away from sweets, and added sugars in drinks and juices. Avoid bakery products and limit tea, coffee and alcohol.
A healthy mix of lean protein such as egg and milk products is also important.

anti oxidants are anti stress and anti-aging for a good skin, such as
almonds, green leafy vegetables, vegetable oils and whole grains.
