The Fault In our Stars To Be Made In Bollywood
The Fault In Our Stars is set to get a Bollywood makeover.
Mumbai-based Fox Star Studios said it will adapt the film in Hindi. "We think the story will have an emotional with Indian audiences", said Fox Star Studios CEO Vijay Singh. "The original English version was released here a couple of weeks ago and is still running. The film has done a business of about $1 million. We had actually thought of adapting it locally even before the film was released here".
Details about the adaptation are still being worked out "in terms of which director will helm the project along with casting details and when it can go into production", Singh added.
