black tea is loaded with flavanoids and undergoes oxidisation. It boosts immune system and reduces the bad cholesterol.
To make black tea, boil one cup of water. Then add one tsp of tea and one tsp
of sugar. Now boil it for 2-3 minutes and strain it in cup. Now squeeze few
drops of lemon over it and enjoy black tea.
