How to make
For paneer tikkas
Take curd, dry ginger power, chilli powder, kasuri methi, garam masala, plain flour, coriander, salt and 1 tbsp of oil in a bowl. Mix all ingredients well to prepare marinate. Add paneer pieces to it. Mix gently and keep aside to marinate for 8 to 10 minutes. Now take one tsp of oil on a non-stick tava and cook paneer tikkas on all sides till they are lightly brown. Keep them aside.
How to proceed
Take a bowl and mix cabbage, mint and salt together. Apply 1 tbsp of green chutney on each chapatti Spread the cabbage mixture equally on each chapati. Put the paneer tikka filling equally in the centre of each chapatis and roll up tightly. Before serving, cook the rolls on a hot tava using little oil. Cut into 3 long pieces. Kathi rolls are ready to eat. Serve hot with chutney and ketchup.
