How to make
In a pan, heat 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil. Add bay leaf, broken red chillies, crushed coriander seeds, cinnamon, cloves and saute for a minute.
Add the sliced onions and fry on medium flame for 4-5 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and tomato puree. Cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes.
Add in the paneer pieces to the mixture gently. Add water, salt and mix well. Sprinkle kasoori methi over the curry and cook on a low flame for 5-6 minutes.
Garnish with the remaining butter and fresh cream. Serve hot.
