Raita:-
Ingredients
2 cups pineapple (chop it small), 2
cups curd/yogurt, 2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp powdered black pepper, 2 tsp powdered
cumin seeds (roasted), 2 tbsp chopped coriander
leaves
How to make
Beat yogurt till it get smooth. Add
salt, black pepper, 1 powdered cumin seeds, 1 tbsp coriander leaves in curd and
mix them well. Add pineapple pieces to yogurt mixture. Garnish with the rest of
the cumin powder and coriander leavess and serve chilled.
