Makhane
ka Raita:-
Ingredients
2 cup yogurt/curd, 1 and 1/2 cup
makhana/fox nut, 1 tsp powdered cumin seeds
(roasted), a pinch of garam masala powder, few coriander leaves (chopped),
black salt as required
How to make
Heat a small pan and add makhanas in
it. Roast the makhanas on a low flame dry till they become crunchy and crisp. Allow
them to cool in a plate and then coarsely crush them with a rolling pin or in a
mixer.
Beat the curd. Add roasted
cumin powder, pinch of garam masala powder and black salt. Stir all well. Now add
crushed makhanas in curd. Add chopped coriander leaves. Stir serve phool
makhana raita chilled. You can add some water if raita gets thick.
