SSR case: Shruti Modi reveal that he was admitted to a hospital after fight with sisters
CBI is investigating Sushant’s death and has quizzed several people in connection with it. Sushant was found dead on June 14, 2020, at his house in Mumbai. Apart from this, the statements of Samuel Miranda and Shruti Modi were recently accessed by certain news channels and several details about Sushant’s health came to light. In a statement given by Siddharth Pithani to one of the investigating agencies, he had revealed that it was Sushant who had asked him to delete data from his hard drive after Disha Salian’s death.
Rhea Chakraborty has been answering questions put forth by the CBI officials for the past few days. But there is one person who stands by with the testimony of what Rhea is saying and that is Sushant's former manager Shruti Modi. Modi has appeared before the Enforcement Directorate and she has been seeking legal help from advocate Ashok Saraogi.
Shruti Modi's lawyer, Ashok Saraogi, says that it is not right to say that it is because of Rhea that Rajput started consuming drugs. "He had been consuming drugs much before she entered his life,"said Saraogi. Sohail Sagar, Sushant's former driver and body guard, was the one who used to fetch drugs for the late actor said Saraogi.
According to Saraogi, Sohail had driven Rajput twice to meet his family and it is not possible that the family would not have known about his substance abuse habit. "Sohail and Keshav used to coordinate and two other friends, Ayush Sharma and Anandi, used to stay at Rajput's house at times and do substance abuse together. There were many parties at Rajput's residence which were attended by his sisters also where substance abuse was done,"said Saraogi.
According to Saraogi, a WhatsApp group was formed where Rajput and Rhea, both were present along with Sohail others and the manager where procurement of drugs and naming one such abusive substance as "AK 47"was mentioned many times. "It is just not possible that people who were in the group were not using the drugs. All of them were in the know and used to consume drugs,"said Saraogi.
