STILL IN LOVE WITH YOUR EX AND CHASING THEM

Love needs no convincing, begging, or pleading. Stop doing that. You deserve a partner who wants to stay with you out of choice and desire, not because every time they wanted to bail on you, you begged them to take you back.

It is beneath you. If you put a low value on yourself by doing such actions, you can never date from a place of strength. And is not it exhausting and draining? Why would you want to do that?If you love someone, let them make their decisions, and their decision might include a world in which you are not a part. And that isokay.

Always remember that you deserve someone who mutually chooses you. And that love is out there in the world. Live your life from an abundance mindset. Anyone who decides to give up on you is not your person. Your person is out there somewhere. But you have to free yourself from this fantasy before you can meet them.

Tips to cope with your relationship:  
1: Stop romanticizing your suffering. There is no nobility in loving someone who has given up on you. The prerequisite for being in a relationship with someone is that they should want you to. 

2: If they gave up on you, as much as it hurts you, the way forward is moving on with your life. Stop devising plans and strategies to get themback.
