Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT) ia the one of the most effective ways to lose weight easily. It happens subconsciously!
The more active your are, the higher your metabolism rate. Even in very basic and everyday activity, you can bring major difference in your body.
Today I brought ways to increase NEAT in your daily habits and by time you start enjoying it:
1. Walk to the kitchen for your hourly glass of water.
2. 5 squats during every YouTube advertisement.
3. 200 steps after each meal.
4. 30 jumping jacks after every Netflix episode.
5. At least 3 household chores in a day.
6. Try to wash your car in every 2 days by hands.
7. Bring groceries by walking or cycling.
8. Take the longest way to the water cooler or washroom at the office.
9. Do gardening in every 3 days. Digging holes, planting and uprooting will also help.
10. Pace while talking on the phone.
Try to find ways to stand and walk everyday.
