Snack time: Make yummy Dahi bhallas at home

Ingredients:-
For bhallas
1 cup urad dhuli dal/split black gram, salt to taste, 1 green chilli (chopped), pinch of asafoetida,
small quantity of chopped ginger, oil for frying
For filling
1 tbsp chopped kaju, 1 tbsp kishmish, black pepper powder, salt to taste
For sweet Tamarind chutney
200 gms tamarind/imli,
100 gms jaggery/gur, 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder/jeera powder, black salt
to taste, 1 tsp dried ginger/sonth powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
For the dahi
2 cups thick yogurt, 1/2 cup milk, pinch
of sugar, 1 tsp dry roasted jeera powder, 1 tsp black salt, pomegranate seeds
For Green chutney1
cup coriander leaves (chopped), 1/2 cup mint leaves (chopped), 2-3 green
chillies (chopped), black salt/kala namak, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp cumin
seeds, pinch of asafoetida
