Rava besan Dhokla:-
To make your tea break amazing, we have rava besan dhokla for you.
Ingredients
1 cup rava, 1/4 cup besan, 1/2 cup yogurt, 3 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp sugar (optional), 1/2 tsp eno fruit, 1 tbsp ginger paste, few drops of lemon juice, water (as per need), 1 tsp oil (for greasing), salt to taste, coriander leaves (for garnish)
For tempering:1 tbsp oil mustard. 1/4 tsp mustard, 7-8 sliced green chillies
How to make
Take rava, besan, salt and sugar in a bowl. Now, add yogurt, oil, ginger paste and water as per need to make a smooth paste. In the meantime, boil water in steamer and grease dhokla mould with oil. Before pouring dhokla paste in mould, add eno and lemon juice in it and stir well. Place this mould in steamer for 15-20 minutes. Now, prepare the temper for dhokla. Heat oil in ladle, add mustard and sliced green chillies. Spread this temper over the steamed dhokla. Add few coriander leaves. Dhokla is ready to serve.
