pick something for beginners as well as more advanced programs for
people who are more prepared.
Eat healthy
There is not much you can do without healthy
eating. Even if you workout daily, your results will not be as
significant as they can be if you start keeping track of what you eat
and drink. What you should do is to get rid of junk food and eat more
vegetables and fruit. Consume only healthy fats that are found in fish,
nuts, seeds and olive oil.
