For reviewing the ban imposed by the Supreme Court on sale and registration of BSIII vehicles after 1st April, 2017, the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) has filed a petition. The Supreme Court ruled on 29th March that sale and registration of BSIII vehicles would be banned starting 1st April, 2017. Let's have a look on the matter in detail.
