Finance: The candidate should possess degree in Chartered Accountant (CA)/Cost Accountant.
Deputy General Manager:
Law: The applicant should have a degree in law from a recognised university India with minimum 60 per cent marks.
Civil: Full time bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a UGC/AICTE recognised university/institute with minimum of 60 per cent marks.
Age limit criteria for Assistant Manager (AM):
Assistant Manager (AM): The age limit as on 01.12.2019 is 27 years. Age will be relaxable by 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST and 10 years for PWD candidates. Relaxation for Ex-servicemen candidates will be as per Government of India guidelines.
Deputy General Manager (DGM): Age Limit as on 01.12.2019: 50 years. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 01.12.1969 Age relaxation for PWD and Ex-servicemen will be as per Government of India guidelines. As per DOPT OM F.No.15012/1/2003-Estt.(D) dated 29th June,2015 maximum age of applicant on the crucial date shall not exceed 56 years.
Pay scale
Assistant Manager (AM): The selected candidates will be placed in the E-2 pay scale (AM) of Rs 50,000 - Rs1, 60,000 in the minimum of scale. The candidate will be entitled to Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Allowances/perks and PRP in accordance with the prevailing revised pay structure. In addition to the Basic pay and DA in Industrial DA pattern the other benefits shall include Perks (35 per cent of basic pay), Performance related pay based on the Company's as well as individual performance and Contributory Provident Fund as per the Company's Rule.
Deputy General Manager (DGM): The selected candidates will be placed in the E-7 pay scale (DGM) of Rs 1, 00,000 - 2, 60,000 in the minimum of scale. The candidate will be entitled to Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Allowances/perks and PRP in accordance with the prevailing revised pay structure.
General, OBC and EWS candidates need to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs 500 for General, OBC and EWS candidates and Rs 100 intimation charges only for SC/ST/PWD/ExSM is to be paid.
