Chutney:-
Ingredients
3/4 cup peanuts, 1/4 cup grated coconut, 2-3 red chillies, little
tamarind, salt
For
the seasoning
2 tsp oil, 3/4 tsp mustard, 1/2 tsp urad dal, few curry
leaves
How to make
Take a pan. Roast peanuts and remove its skin. Now, grind coconut,
peanuts, red chillies, tamarind and salt with required water to make smooth
paste. Now heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and when mustard splutters, add
urad dal and curry leaves. Pour this over the chutney. Serve it with idli, dosa
and upma.
