Mango Pachadi:-
Ingredients
2 raw mangoes, 2
green chillies, 1 cup grated jaggery, salt, 1 tsp ghee
For
the seasoning
1 tbsp oil, 2 dry red
chillies, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
How to make
First wash and peel raw
mangoes. Chop them or cut them into slices as per your preference. Now nelt
jaggery in 1/4 cup of water and filter it. Now cook raw mango pieces in a
little water until gets soft. Now boil filtered jaggery water for few minutes.
Add cooked raw mango and pinch of salt in jaggery water. Boil on medium flame until
it becomes slightly thick. Heat a tsp of oil and add mustard seeds. When seeds
splutters, add red chillies, hing and pour it over the pachadi. Serve delicious
mango pachadi with snacks.
