Coconut ginger Chutney:-
Ingredients
1 cup grated
coconut, small piece of ginger (peeled and washed), 3 green chillies, 1 tsp tamarind paste, salt
For seasoning
1 tsp coconut oil, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp urad dal
How to make
Grind
grated coconut, ginger and green chillies together to make a coarse
paste. Now add tamarind paste and salt in it. Heat coconut oil in a pan
and add mustard seeds. When seeds
splutter, add urad dal and roast till golden. Pour this on
chutney paste. Serve it with rice or uttapam.
