Kesar Lassi:-
Ingredients
2 cups curd/dahi (chilled), 2-3 tbsp
powdered sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 8-10 saffron/kesar strands, 1/4 tsp cardamom, 1
tbsp hot milk, 5-6 ice cubes, few almonds and pistachios
How to make
Soak
kesar/saffron in hot milk for few minutes and crush it well. With a blender, blend
curd, sugar, soaked saffron and ice cubes
well. Garnish with almonds, pistachios and saffron strands and serve.
