Peas Pulao:-
Ingredients
50 grams peas (peeled or frozen ones), 250 grams basmati rice, 25 grams ghee or butter, 50 grams dry friuts (raisins and nuts), 10 cloves, 2 green chillies (sliced from the middle), 1 tsp sugar, salt to taste
How to make
First soak rice in clean water and rinse many times. Now, heat butter or ghee in a pressure cooker. Add dry fruits and peas and stir for 4 to 5 minutes. Now add soaked rice, 3 cups of water, green chillies, sugar and salt. Close the lid and wait for 2 whistles. Serve hot Peas pulao with curd.
