Ingredients
2 bananas, 1 cup all purpose flour or maida,1 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp baking soda, pinch of salt, pinch of turmeric powder, water (as required), coconut oil to deep fry
How to make
Take flour in a wide bowl. Add sugar, salt and baking soda. Now add water to make batter slightly thinner than dosa batter. Now add turmeric powder. Now take bananas and cut into halves and then slice each half into 3-4 pieces vertically. Wrap these pieces into the batter. Meanwhile, heat the coconut oil. Coconut oil is used for the authentic taste. Now drop the banana pieces coated with the batter in oil. Fry until golden brown and drain on paper napkins. Serve Pazham Pori hot with tea.
