Mawa KachoriIngredientsMaida (All Purpose Flour)-2 cups, Mawa-1 cup, Ghee-1 cup, Broken Nuts (Cashews, Almonds, Raisins)-2 tbsp, Sugar-3 cups, Vegetable Oil to deep fry kachori.
How to make
Add 2 tbsp of ghee in maida flour and mix it well with hands. Make a smooth dough of maida using warm water.
Keep the dough aside for half an hour.
Shallow fry mawa in a tbsp of ghee till the color changes to golden brown. Do not over fry to avoid the hadness in mawa.
When mawa is cold, Mix 1/2 cup of sugar in it. Do not add sugar when mawa is hot. Add the broken nuts in it as well.
