Recipes for lip smacking eggless cakes
Eggless Chocolate cake:-
Ingredients
1 cup maida, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, vegetable oil (for greasing)
Wet ingredients:
1/2 cup oil, 1/2 cup hot water, 1/2 cup cold milk, 1 tbsp vanilla essence, 2tbsp yogurt
How to make
Start with preheat the oven at 180 degrees C. Use vegetable oil to grease the bowl.
Sieve maida, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in a bowl. Keep it aside.
Whisk oil and hot water till it well blended. Let it get cool a bit. Now mix it well after adding milk and vanilla essence. Add the yogurt and mix well. Now gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk them together. Pour this into greased mould. Put it for baking at 160 degrees C for 35-40 minutes. Smother some chocolate sauce for better taste.
