Eggless Cashew and
Almond cake:-
Ingredients 1/2 cup maida, 1/4
cup cashew powder, 1/4 cup almond powder, 1/4 cup sugar, 3 tsp ghee,
pinch of cardamom powder, 1/2 cup milk,
pinch of dry coconut (grated), 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking
powder
How to make
Set the oven on preheat at 350 degree F. Grease the baking mould
with some ghee. Use wax paper to cover the bottom and sides of the mould. Keep the
mould aside.
Mix cashew powder, almond powder, maida, baking soda, baking powder and
cardamom powder in one bowl. Now use
another bowl to whisk ghee till it gets fluffy. Add sugar and blend again. Now combine the
ingredients of the two bowls. Pour this into mould. Add a pinch of maida to grated coconut before
sprinkling it on top of cake. Bake it for 20-25 minutes and grill it for around
60 seconds.
