Recipes for lip smacking eggless cakes
Eggless Banana cake:-
Ingredients 284 gm flour, 12 gm baking powder, 5 gm cinnamon powder, 100 gm walnuts, 280 gm banana (ripe), 70 gm butter, 100 ml curd, 150 ml milk, butter (for greasing) How to make First sieve the flour and baking powder together. Now, add the cinnamon powder and walnuts.
Mash the banana completely. Mix melted butter and curd into mashed banana. Now mix sieved dry ingredients into the banana mix. Gradually add milk in the banana mix to make batter. Mix well to keep the batter smooth. Grease the mould with butter and pour the mix into greased mould. Bake it in a preheated oven 50-60 minutes at 170°C. Bake it till it gets golden brown.
